Event/Birthday Party Waiver & Cancellation Policy

Please ensure that prior to making your payment, you have confirmed the availability of our Magical Musical Educators via phone (833)856-8328 or  email events@lovebugandme.com. Your payment and subsequent confirmation email verify that your date/time is reserved. If the event needs to be changed, canceled, or postponed by you or your representative, please see our cancellation policy. Payment for your birthday party or event confirms agreement to the terms and conditions stated below.

WAIVER

I, as parent or guardian of the minor child/children identified in the registration form, am aware that participation in physical activity may result in accident or injury and that the participation with other young children may expose your child/children to illness and hereby assume the risk connected with the participation in any LoveBug & Me, LLC birthday party or event.

I confirm that myself and my child/children are in good health and suffer from no physical impairment that would limit our participation in this birthday party or event.

I acknowledge that neither LoveBug & Me, LLC nor any of its staff or representatives will provide any medical services including medical diagnosis of my child’s physical condition.

I specifically agree that neither LoveBug & Me, LLC nor any of its staff or representatives shall be liable for any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind whatsoever for, or on account of any kind whatsoever for, or account of personal injury, property damage, illness (including COVID-19) or loss of any kind resulting from, or related to, my and/or my child’s/children's use of the facilities or participation in any activity, and I agree to hold LoveBug & Me, LLC harmless from same.

I affirm all of the above stipulations for myself as well.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.

LOVEBUG & ME COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES: 

Wellness Policy - If you, your child, or any members of your household are currently sick or are experiencing (or have experienced) symptoms related to COVID-10 (see list below) within the last 5 days, we ask that you notify us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

 

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea

CANCELLATION POLICY

- If canceling 15 or more days prior to your event, 50% of your payment will be refunded

- Should you need to cancel within 15 days of your event, your payment is non-refundable.

- We will always work with you to reschedule your event if needed.
