IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MISSING CLASSES
 

We are happy to offer unlimited make up classes at LoveBug & Me! With 100 weekly classes in the Los Angeles area, we are confident that you will find something that works for you. You may make up any missed class by following the protocol below.

In order to qualify for your Make Up class, you must notate the absence in your online account at least 2 hours prior to your missed class. We offer UNLIMITED MAKE UPS so you may make up as many classes as needed while enrolled. Space is limited. Make Ups may be scheduled up to one week in advance. Please note that when scheduling a make up class, you must follow our Wellness Protocols. 

Here are the steps...

1. Login to your account via the Make Up Scheduler and select 'Continue' next to the class you’ll need to miss. By selecting ‘Continue’ you will be marked absent from that class and able to select an alternative class for your make up. If you do not know what day you can reschedule a make up, instead mark yourself absent as per step 2 below.
2. If you do not know what day you can reschedule a make up, you may alternatively mark yourself absent under the "Schedule" tab within your account and schedule your make up class at another time.

RESCHEDULING A MAKE UP CLASS: Unlike your regular weekly seat where you mark yourself absent if you need to miss class, if you need to miss your scheduled make up, please cancel your make up and reschedule a new one by using the "cancel" tab next to the "schedule" tab in the Scheduler. This will only show once you have at least one make up scheduled.


If you do not see a make up class that works for you, check back again as openings come up when people mark themselves absent. Reminder, Make Ups can be booked up to one week in advance. Contact us at the office with any questions.
